If possible, please always contact the santé24 online practice first on +41 44 404 86 85, around the clock. The doctors and medical staff at santé24 will be glad to advise you around the clock. In an emergency you can go directly to an emergency centre or hospital.

When you switch from the Standard basic insurance plan to the Bestcare model, SWICA gives you a discount of between 1% and 13% on your premiums. The exact discount depends on where you live, your age and your chosen excess. Below, we have provided an example of how the maximum possible discount is determined under the Bestcare plan:

• Maximum discount: Adult aged 26 or over, living in St. Gallen, excess: CHF 300, no accident cover, standard premium: CHF 541.10, with 13% discount: monthly premium of CHF 470.80.

The Bestcare plan is only offered in the following cantons: Appenzell Ausserrhoden, St. Gallen, Thurgau, Vaud and Zurich.
