In mandatory basic insurance, you get a premium discount of up to 47% (up to 50% for children) when choosing a higher excess. Click here for more information.
You can always change your excess at the beginning of the following calendar year. Notification of a lower excess must reach SWICA by 30 November at the latest; notification of a higher excess must reach SWICA by 31 December at the latest.
