Switzerland's happiest customers – SWICA once again receives the top rating in health insurance surveys

Insured members give top marks to SWICA

1st place: comparis survey for customer satisfaction 2019
SWICA has once again achieved the top ranking in the Comparis 2019 customer satisfaction survey. With a score of 5.4, it came in first among the 23 Swiss health insurers covered by the survey. SWICA's particular strengths were identified as the professionalism and commitment of its staff, the clarity of its billing processes, and the speed with which payments are made.

In 2019 SWICA also comes first in the representative K-Tipp customer satisfaction survey. In fact, SWICA is way out in front with 73.8% of its customers declaring themselves very satisfied. This is the result of ongoing investment in customer service and the dedication of SWICA's hard-working employees.

SWICA is proud to have again received top marks in the independent amPuls survey in 2019. In the customer satisfaction and image categories, SWICA achieved the best result of all the health insurers surveyed. This recognition further strengthens SWICA's commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
