How the MULTICHOICE model works
Under the FAVORIT MULTICHOICE model you can use the SymptomCheck in BENECURA, where you will receive a recommendation based on your answers to some questions. Alternatively, you can call the santé24 telemedicine service (available around the clock) on +41 44 404 86 86 for health-related matters, or consult a SWICA partner pharmacy.
- Rapid initial medical opinion via the BENECURA SymptomCheck, the santé24 telemedicine service or one of SWICA's partner pharmacies
- If they cannot resolve the problem conclusively, you consult a doctor or hospital from the comprehensive MULTICHOICE directory
