This has been shown by the 2022 K-Tipp survey and others regarding customers' satisfaction with their health insurers.

Winner of numerous awards for customer satisfaction

In 2022 SWICA also comes first in the representative K-Tipp customer satisfaction survey. In fact, SWICA is way out in front with 73.6% of its customers declaring themselves very satisfied. This is the result of ongoing investment in customer service and the dedication of SWICA's hard-working employees.

In the customer satisfaction survey conducted by the bonus.ch comparison site, SWICA ranked best in the health insurance category with a score of 5,4. In the Benefits sub-category we even got the top mark of 5,5.
