Important note:
If there is no contract with a SWICA-recognised hospital, the maximum rate applies. If a hospital is not recognised by SWICA, the costs are not covered. Such hospitals are not listed in the hospital directory, or are listed with a note stating that the costs will not be covered. As the directory may be amended at any time, it must be consulted before any services are used.

In the case of Hospita Private Global, this applies only to treatment in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
