The doctors, hospitals and santé24 are currently receiving many calls in connection with the coronavirus. To keep the lines as free as possible for emergencies and urgent matters, santé24 is providing a questionnaire to help you determine initially whether you may have the coronavirus and what steps you would need to take. It also includes questions on pre-existing conditions and contacts, for example with someone who has tested positive. According to the Federal Office of Public Health, a stay in an affected area is no longer relevant for the assessment, and the areas are therefore no longer defined.
If you still have urgent medical questions after having completed the questionnaire, you can of course contact santé24. Please note that you may need to wait to have your call answered.
