Report incorrect coronavirus test charges
SWICA is actively working to combat incorrect or fraudulent billing for Covid-19 tests and supports customers who suspect they have been improperly charged. Do you have the feeling that a provider has invoiced for a Covid-19 test multiple times or charged for tests that were not carried out? To enable SWICA to investigate suspected irregularities in benefit statements relating to coronavirus tests, they can be reported quickly and easily using the Covid reporting form.
