Regular reminders and practical prompts sent straight to employees' mobile phones ensure that topics are reinforced in their daily routine.Follow-up text messages provide a supplement to SWICA webinars and presentations. Short messages are sent at regular intervals to interested participants over a five-week period. These messages include a link to specially designed content that supplements a specific presentation. Participants can then review the content, integrate it into their everyday lives and consider their habits. Text messages support the long-term reinforcement of knowledge.
