SWICA Healthcare Organisation Association

The SWICA Healthcare Organisation Association is one of SWICA's owners. As the main shareholder of SWICA Holding AG, it upholds customers' interests and ensures that their needs are at the centre of all that we do. The delegates meet annually at the Assembly of Delegates, made up of 80 delegates from among the association's members, to carry out their tasks under the Articles of Association, which include electing the members of the managing committee. Election to the managing committee constitutes nomination to the Board of Directors of the SWICA group companies.
