Please note: Optima is subject to a excess for complementary medicine benefits, which is applied analogously to the excess for basic insurance. This means that if you have not fully used up your excess from your mandatory basic insurance (KVG) at the time of treatment, you must bear the remaining costs yourself up to the amount of the outstanding excess. Amounts already paid will be taken into account.
