SWICA Vivia is an affordable way of extending your basic insurance. With Vivia, you’re well protected in Switzerland and abroad – for example if you need emergency transport or transfers, or emergency treatment when you’re abroad.
From 29 September 2026, it will also be possible to purchase SWICA Vivia through the premium calculator.
This plan is available to anyone over the age of 19, with the eligibility date being 1 January of the year in which the insured person turns 19. In all cases, the earliest date on which the insurance can commence is 1 January 2027.
