Benevita: Mark 31 August in your calendar

Celebrating the new year in the middle of the summer? On 31 August, the Benevita app is ready to switch to the new year on 1 September. This is the deadline for redeeming your points as your account is reset. At first glance this may seem abrupt, but it works to your advantage.

You can use Benevita points for discounts on your premiums for selected supplementary insurance plans (see information box). This discount applies for one year and is adapted to your insurance policy. As SWICA prepares the new policies from September, discounts are then linked accordingly. This ensures that with your commitment in Benevita, you can save money as quickly and easily as possible.

Discounts on premiums from the Benevita year are then always valid for the following insurance year. For example, if you redeem the discount on your premiums by 31 August 2025, it will be valid from January 2026. Redemptions from 1 September 2025, on the other hand, only become valid as of 2027. New app users who register before the end of August can start collecting from September. So take advantage of the last days of the Benevita year.
