Betty Bossi: lose weight and enjoy eating every day
The digital diet coach from Betty Bossi supports you in your daily life by helping you to lose weight and keep it off. The app includes over 1000 inspiring recipes, a calorie counter, fitness videos and other useful features – an online weight loss programme that combines good food and weight loss. SWICA supports this weight loss programme and contributes to the subscription costs.

How your preventive healthcare contributions are calculated
Under the Completa Forte, Praevita and Optima supplementary insurance plans, you can benefit from prevention contributions of up to 900 francs a year. Under your Completa Forte supplementary insurance plan, we cover 90% of the costs, up to a maximum of 300 francs per calendar year. With Praevita, we cover an additional 50% of the costs, up to 300 francs per year. Optima supplementary insurance covers 90% of the costs over and above this amount, up to a maximum of 300 francs per calendar year.
