Exercising with others is more fun
For those who can't find the motivation they need to exercise alone or who want personal guidance and tips, there are many exciting and effective live-streaming courses and online coaching services. With live-streaming and online coaching you get together with other course participants or with your coach at a specified time via a video link. All you need is a laptop, smartphone or computer with a camera and an internet connection.Kickpower – or power yoga?
It's time to get started. Whether you're by yourself, or with your partner or the whole family, a varied exercise programme brings energy and fun into everyday life. Group courses are great if you want more contact and interaction with the instructor or a personal fitness, dance or health coaching session – although there is a charge. You can pay to join smaller group courses in which the course leader – just like in a normal course – can interact and communicate more directly with the individual participants.
