There are still some preconceptions surrounding telemedicine, and it’s time that we cleared them up. First of all, let’s clear two things up: No, the service isn’t for selling insurance. And no, we don’t just forward phone calls.

Your expertise is in demand at santé24

You’ll provide advice to SWICA customers who need medical help. It’s quite a challenging role, and you’ll need all of your medical knowledge and plenty of empathy. You will also have to adapt incredibly quickly to new situations. That’s what makes it exactly the right job for a nursing professional, healthcare assistant (FaGe), medical practice assistant (MPA) or pharmaceutical assistant.
