As one of the leading training companies in the health insurance sector, SWICA offers apprenticeships to over 60 young people. SWICA provides training for the following roles:

• Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ Kranken- und Sozialversicherungen [Business Administrator EFZ, Health and Social Insurance]
• Informatiker/in Plattformentwicklung EFZ [IT Platform Development EFZ] (only in Winterthur)
• Informatiker/in Applikationsentwicklung EFZ [IT Application Development EFZ] (only in Winterthur)
• ICT-Fachmann/ICT-Fachfrau EFZ [ICT Specialist] (only in Winterthur)
