1. SWICA advertisement: So you liked our advertisement – that's great.
2. Online application: After uploading your application, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
3. Pre-selection: The vocational training manager is the individual who reviews applications and decides whether we will keep your application pending; otherwise you will receive a written rejection.
4. Getting in touch: We like your profile. We will contact you if we have any questions. Otherwise, we will invite you directly to an orientation day.
5. Orientation day: We want to get to know you better. At our orientation day, we will assign you some tasks and give you some initial information about apprenticeships at SWICA.
6. Interview: We will talk to you in person so that we can get to know each other even better. You will also have the opportunity to see our offices and talk to the apprentices there.
7. Concrete offer: Congratulations! You have made a good impression, and will receive written offer by email.
8. Onboarding: If you are equally impressed with us and decide to accept, we will follow up with an onboarding email. Your apprenticeship contract will be drawn up as soon as you have responded to that email.
9. Welcome to SWICA: We are happy to have you on board. In the next few days, you will receive your apprenticeship contract containing much more information in the post.
