Multiple awards for customer satisfaction: Whether it’s Comparis, bonus.ch, AmPuls or moneyland.ch – overall, in a comparison of Swiss health insurers, SWICA came out on top for customer satisfaction. SWICA is very grateful for these positive ratings.
In the 2026 comparison of health insurers conducted by Comparis, SWICA received the best rating in its industry (5.1). We are among the leading providers with regard to quality, service, information, transparency, touchpoints and contact, as well as overall satisfaction.

In the 2025 customer satisfaction survey conducted by the comparison site bonus.ch, SWICA once again came out on top with an overall rating of 5.3. SWICA received impressive ratings in all sub-categories, from contract processing and benefits to customer service, which meant that it placed top across the board.

In the 2026 AmPuls survey, SWICA once again came first for customer satisfaction and reputation. One highlight was coming first in the new “product range” category. This recognition encourages us to continue supporting our customers with all of our commitment, heart and expertise.

SWICA also achieved first place in the independent health insurer analysis carried out by Accenture, which found that SWICA offers its customers very attractive insurance products and premiums. The consumer survey conducted by the management consulting firm also rated SWICA as the best health insurer.
