The most satisfied customer base in Switzerland – SWICA once again takes first place in a comparison of health insurers

SWICA has come top in a comparison of health insurers carried out by Comparis in 2026, with a score of 5.1. We are ranked as one of the leading providers for quality and service, information and transparency, and touchpoints and contact, as well as for overall customer satisfaction. This accolade is a source of pride and motivation to us.

With an overall score of 5.4, SWICA once again took first place in the customer satisfaction survey conducted by bonus.ch this year. What’s particularly encouraging is that our customers gave us the best ratings and secured us the top spot in all sub-categories. This result reflects the lengths we go to every day to provide first-class service and the best quality.

SWICA has secured the number one spot in the current K-Tipp customer satisfaction survey: 61% of insured customers who have received benefits in the last two years say they are very satisfied. SWICA has once again topped the rankings in the 2026 customer satisfaction survey of Swiss health insurers conducted by moneyland.ch, with a rating of «very good».

First place: Accenture Health Insurance Excellence Award 2023

SWICA also achieved first place in the independent health insurer analysis carried out by Accenture, which found that SWICA offers its customers very attractive insurance products and premiums. The consumer survey conducted by the management consulting firm also rated SWICA as the best health insurer.
