In the change between hot and cold lies the key to wellbeing – and to health. In the spacious sauna park of Zuchwil sports centre you have the choice: besides the traditional Finnish sauna, you also have the option of relaxing in the more temperate sanarium (biosauna) or in the gentle steam bath and of course of using the full range on offer. A large outdoor area with Kneipp basins and plunge pool of water from the River Aare, along with the newly renovated log cabin sauna with an automatic sprinkling system, round off the facilities, which are also connected directly with the wellness pool (34° warm water adventure pool).
The sports centre offers an intensive range of indoor and outdoor courses at all times of the year. A particularly wide range of aquatic courses are on offer (aquagym, aquafit, crawl courses, water gymnastics for senior citizens etc.). The facilities of the sports centre are open 364 days of the year.
