OHM – the ideal addition to your insurance solutions from SWICA

SWICA’s supplementary occupational health management (OHM) system reflects the ideals of a modern corporate strategy in that it aims to prevent absenteeism and presenteeism, reinforce potential health factors, and improve the general wellbeing of employees. OHM therefore combines all measures that prevent and reduce the likelihood of employees missing work because they had an accident or are sick. Your advantage: Through fewer and shorter absences and a targeted approach to promoting your employees’ health you can increase your company’s productivity, lower your direct and indirect health costs, and benefit from lower premiums as well.

Our offer

Health promotion comprises preventive measures for the entire workforce and health-promoting activities for individual employees. Healthy employees are more motivated and effective and contribute towards a positive work environment. As the first healthcare and accident insurer to be awarded the “Friendly Work Space” quality label, SWICA has a wide range of tried and tested tools for providing its corporate clients with professional advice and support.
SWICA’s occupational health management experts analyse the health risks of each insured company and make tailored proposals for eliminating the causes of employee absences. They devise solutions for affected employees and preventive measures for the entire workforce and then put them into practice. This approach can cut the absentee rate by as much as 20%.
