Chia pudding with mango and cinnamon

2 hrs chilling in the fridge


Ingredients
220 g coconut milk
27 g chia seeds
11 g agave syrup
2 mangoes
100 ml water
Large pinch grated lemon zest
Large pinch ground cinnamon


How to make it
  • Peel and dice the mangoes.
  • Blend the mango and water thoroughly.
  • Pour the mango purée into a bowl.
  • Add all of the ingredients to the bowl and mix everything together.
  • Leave to stand in the fridge for at least two hours.
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds or nuts.


Tips and tricks
Depending on the season, raspberries, blueberries, apples or pears can be used instead of mangoes.
