Terms of the competition
The closing date for entries is 28 June 2023. Each prize will be drawn once. The winners will be contacted by phone or in writing. The organisers' decision is final. The organisers will not enter into any correspondence about the draw. The competition is open to all adult residents of Switzerland. SWICA and Switzerland Tourism employees are excluded from the competition. Participants can enter the competition only once. Prizes cannot be claimed in cash or exchanged. The data will be used for the conducting the draw as well as for advertising purposes and making contact by SWICA and Switzerland Tourism. This declaration of consent can be revoked at any time without giving reasons. The data will only be retained for as long as is justified by the purpose or by law. During this time, SWICA and Switzerland Tourism will take all technical and organisational steps to protect the data from unlawful and improper processing.
