The Kandersteg – Allmenalp via ferrata
A qualified and certified mountain guide (UIAA IVBV SBV) will take you safely, professionally and expertly on a 3½-hour round trip in small groups of not more than 6 people on the impressive and sunny via ferrata up to the Allmenalp. If you wish, you can enjoy an exclusive trip on the 110m Tyrolienne traverse that is only possible for guests accompanied by the mountain guide.

Conditions
• Minimum age 14 years, a moderate to good condition and a head for heights are absolutely essential
• No previous experience of ropes or climbing required

Fun Ice Climbing
We are offering you the chance to try ice climbing at Europe's foremost ice climbing venue. At the natural ice fall you will experience a truly breath-taking spectacle. In our ice theatre we introduce you to the fascination that is ice climbing – in complete security and with professional guidance. Glacier trekking in the Kanderfirn-Petersgrat UNESCO World Heritage area
This is a classic glacier trek in a UNESCO natural world heritage area. It includes an overnight stay in the SAC Mutthorn Hut followed by descent into the Lötschental across the vast Kanderfirn and Petersgrat. You will never forget the breath-taking views of the alpine peaks of Cantons Valais and Berne. Glacier trekking is ideal for ramblers of all ages, provided that they are in good physical shape. No experience of ice and snow is required. This circular route on a variety of surfaces – earth, rock, ice and snow – will bring you a big step closer to understanding the fascination of the alpine world.
