Benefits in SUPPLEMENTA supplementary insurance
All benefits provided by SUPPLEMENTA supplementary insurance are described in detail here. SUPPLEMENTA is available only in combination with COMPLETA TOP or COMPLETA FORTE and can be extend further with benefits from OPTIMA supplementary insurance.

Co-payments in COMPLETA TOP or COMPLETA FORTE:
Under the General Insurance Conditions (GIC) and Supplementary Conditions (SC), adult customers can choose between no excess and an excess of CHF 600 for these benefits. Children below the age of 18 are exempt from any excess. All insured persons are subject to a deductible of 10% (max. CHF 700 for adults and CHF 350 for children). Any co-payments already made under mandatory healthcare insurance are carried over (see «SWICA advantage»).
Generous cover for glasses and contact lenses
Supplementary insurance from SWICA provides you with generous contributions towards glasses and contact lenses. Switch to SWICA now and save up to CHF 1'500 every 3 years.Example of cover (every 3 years)

•90% of costs up to CHF 900 (90% of CHF 1600 up to CHF 900)
••90% of additional costs up to CHF 300 (90% of CHF 700 up to CHF 300)

•90% of costs up to CHF 900 (90% of CHF 1600 up to CHF 900)
••90% of additional costs up to CHF 300 (90% of CHF 700 up to CHF 300)
