The doctors, hospitals and santé24 are currently receiving many calls in connection with the coronavirus. To keep the lines as free as possible for emergencies and urgent matters, santé24 is providing a questionnaire to help you determine initially whether you may have the coronavirus and what steps you would need to take. It also includes questions on pre-existing conditions and contacts, for example with someone who has tested positive. If you still have urgent medical questions after having completed the questionnaire, you can of course contact santé24. Please note that you may need to wait to have your call answered.
Do you have physical or mental symptoms that you believe are related to a COVID 19 vaccination? Take the vaccine side-effects check; this will help you to assess your symptoms, treat them or identify the appropriate contact point. You can contact the santé24 telemedicine service for personal advice 24 hours a day. This service can be continued on request until you have been symptom-free for 48 hours.
