We often have great expectations of Christmas. We look forward to a happy family get-together with a perfect meal, great gifts and a cosy atmosphere. But things often don’t turn out quite the way we’d hoped. The main secret to not being disappointed is not to let yourself be put under pressure. Enjoy the occasion as it unfolds.

Don’t try and plan and prepare the whole thing on your own. Involve your family and delegate tasks.
