Challenges are designed so that they can be quickly completed and easily integrated into everyday life. BENEVITA offers quiz challenges in which the user reads a text relating to nutrition, exercise or wellbeing. A question about the content is then asked. There are three possible answers, but only one is correct. If you answer the question correctly, you receive an award.

Then there are live challenges in which the user watches a short video showing a new recipe, ways of integrating health-promoting exercises into everyday life, or how to be more mindful. The videos show how healthy habits can be built into the user's daily routine. Finally, there are tracking challenges, which are intended to counteract long periods of sitting and inactivity. They motivate the user to exercise day by day.

You are free to choose which challenges you want to complete.

BENEVITA enhances everyday wellbeing by offering content and information on a range of health topics – digitally and in bitesize pieces. Under "Benefits" you can redeem your levels either for the premium discount on the COMPLETA TOP and HOSPITA supplementary insurance plans or for vouchers for various offers in online shops.

You must redeem your levels by 30 April. Your level will be reset to “Starter” on 1 May.

For each level you can decide whether you want to redeem either an offer or the premium discount. If you redeem the premium discount by 30 April, this will be reflected in your policy in October 2022. In the app you will find the confirmation in the "Benefits" section under "Redeemed".

Different combinations are possible depending on the levels you reach and what is important to you. We have listed some of them below.

Examples of combinations
If you are sure that you can reach level 3, you will benefit the most from this combination.

Level 1 = voucher for various offers in online shops
Level 2 = voucher for various offers in online shops
Level 3 = 5% discount on COMPLETA TOP and 15% on HOSPITA

This combination ensures that you don't miss out on the premium discount while also allowing you to benefit from an offer in Level 1.
