1st place: comparis survey for customer satisfaction 2018

SWICA once again won a top ranking in the 2018 customer satisfaction survey conducted by comparis. With a score of 5.3, it achieved the highest rating among the 23 Swiss health insurers covered by the survey. The survey found SWICA's special strengths to be the professionalism and helpfulness of its employees, as well as the clear layout of the statements and speed with which payments are handled.

1st place: K-Tipp survey for customer satisfaction 2018

In 2018 SWICA also comes first in the representative K-Tipp customer satisfaction survey. In fact, SWICA is way out in front with 71.2% of its customers declaring themselves very satisfied. This is the result of ongoing investment in customer service and the dedication of SWICA's hard-working employees.
