SWICA customers are among the happiest in Switzerland. SWICA was once again ranked first in the Comparis and AmPuls customer satisfaction surveys and has achieved top rankings in health insurance comparisons for over 10 years. SWICA would like to thank our customers for rating us so highly.

1st place: comparis.ch survey for customer satisfaction 2021

SWICA has once again achieved the top ranking in the comparis.ch 2021 customer satisfaction survey. With a score of 5.2, it came in first among the 29 Swiss health insurers covered by the survey.

1st place: AmPuls survey for customer satisfaction 2021

SWICA is proud to have again received top marks in the independent AmPuls survey in 2021. In the customer satisfaction and image categories, SWICA achieved the best result of all the health insurers surveyed. This recognition further strengthens SWICA's commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

2nd place: K-Tipp survey for customer satisfaction 2021

SWICA received outstanding ratings in K-Tipp's 2021 representative customer satisfaction survey. In fact, SWICA is one of the leading providers with 70.5% of its customers responding that they were very satisfied. This is the result of ongoing investment in customer service and the dedication of SWICA's hard-working employees.
