Switzerland's happiest customers – SWICA once again receives the top rating in health insurance surveys
SWICA has once again come first in the comparison of health insurers conducted by Comparis in 2023, with the highest awarded score of 5.2. SWICA is pleased with this outstanding result in the representative survey, and to have such satisfied customers.

In the customer satisfaction survey 2023 conducted by the bonus.ch comparison site, SWICA ranked best in the health insurance category with a score of 5.3. In the «Customer service» sub-category we led the field with a rating of 5.4.
