The doctors and medical specialists from the health advice hotline sante24 are on hand to answer any questions about health - around the clock, free of charge and in four languages. Often a little expert advice is all you need to deal correctly with a health problem. If necessary, sante24 will organize a doctor’s appointment for you.

Comprehensive support in cases of illness, accident and maternity

Only with SWICA do insured members receive consistent support in the event of sickness or accident, or for maternity. The specialists in benefits and the SWICA Care Managers will advise and support you in choosing the appropriate treatment, make sure communications and coordination between all involved partners are in place and working, and perform the necessary administrative duties.
